Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send over a custom estimate tailored to your needs. If everything looks good, we’ll get you on the schedule.
Right now, we’re booking about 1-2 weeks weeks out, so you can plan ahead with confidence

On your scheduled repair date, Aldor Home Services arrives ready to tackle your home repairs and upgrades, ensuring everything is handled with care and precision.

How Do I Get On Your Calendar?
All inquiries go through our inquiry form (link). From there, you'll get an estimate and once you've accepted the estimate, we get you a date on the calendar. Dates are only reserved once an estimate has been accepted

How Do you Determine Project Costs?
Most jobs are provided a bid for labor. All materials are charged for at cost plus a 25% markup.
How Do You Handle Unexpected Issues or Changes During a Project?
For any changes to the job that is not lined out in the quote, we will have a conversation with the customer to go over options and any price changes that would include and get a final approval before moving forward.
Do You Offer a Warranty on Your Work?
We offer warranties for roofing and siding work. We stand behind our work, so anytime a customer is unhappy after the completion of the job, we will do warranties on labor.
How Quickly Can We Book You?
We tend to book 1-2 weeks in advance, but there are at times openings quicker in the schedule. Ask about availabilitiy when you inquie
Do You Offer Walkthroughs?
The first step to request a quote thorugh our inquiry form. The vast majority of our projects can be bid via the details and photos provided. In complex project situations we can offer a walkthrough. The walkthroughs are $100. If you book us for the work from the walkthrough, the walkthrough fee gets credited back to you.
